Details
The Market will take place on Saturdays from 10am to 6pm and one Friday a month from 4pm to 8pm at Dakota Square Mall in a high-traffic common space with easy access to an outside door. Booth Set-Up Times: Saturdays at 9am and Fridays at 3pm.
Each booth is approx. 80 sq ft/8x10. You will be in the middle section of the walkway right against the vender behind you. Space is limited so let’s be respectful to each other as well as customers by making sure you reserve enough space to accommodate your needs.

This market is organized by Jennifer Hardisky, Bearpaws Treats, to provide small businesses in the Minot area a place to sell their unique items.
Being A Vendor
Market dates are available for approved vendors. Vendors are highly encouraged by not required to participate during all dates.
We try not to have multiple vendors for the same item- but we will have multiple boutiques, multiple bakers, multiple candles, multiple tumblers, etc. However, we will only have one vendor per direct sales company, i.e. Pampered Chef.
Some items, most served foods or drinks, may not be allowed to be sold due to Dakota Square Mall rules.
To keep rent costs low, Market vendors will provide their own tables. Chairs will be provided. Each market will require organized set up and tear down. The Market will have a limited amount of carts to aid in the process, but it would be a great idea to bring and use your own cart for your convenience. Jet black, floor length, table cloths are required for table covers due to Dakota Square Mall rules.
Fee Structure
Full Season Package - $1,100 We have shopping packages that get you a great deal on space for all market dates January through April. As a flagship in our Market, you'll have consistent locations, great access to customers, and marketing support for the winter season. This package gets you access to storage for your tables, and display materials so you can set up quickly and without the hassle!
Holiday Shopping Package - $425 Your shop for the months of November & December! This package is best for holiday specific or gift items.
Holiday Spectacular Package - $225 The biggest shopping weekend of the year is your last push to help gift givers find the perfect item to put under the tree.
Single Pop Up Dates - $30-$75 Scheduled as space is available on a first-come first-served basis.
General Rules
Fee Refund Policy - The Market will be open as long as Dakota Square Mall is open. If weather restricts opening, a make-up date will be scheduled with the Dakota Square Mall. Refunds will not be available.
Limited free wifi is available. It is not controlled by or provided by the Minot Tastes & Creations Market. If your business requires wifi consider using a hotspot or testing your phone's digital data ability.
Jet black, floor length, table cloths are required for table covers due to Dakota Square Mall rules. No "covers" can be used like a covered canopy space due to fire code restrictions.
***Do NOT pay anyone else with Venmo, PayPal, Facebook Pay, etc. Scammers are out full force! You will receive approval and a link to pay the fee for the package of your choice.***
